The world of infant sleep can leave us feeling a little lost sometimes! It's no secret that there's a ton of conflicting advice out there.
But how do we know which bits to listen to?
Here is the number 1 filter I apply to any new snippets of info plus a few other pointers as a reminder.
Worried about breastfeeding your baby to sleep?
Have you been warned that it's a bad habit needing an urgent fix? While it can be problematic for some, in most cases it works just fine. Be cautious about relinquishing it solely based on the opinions of others, as you might unintentionally remove the simplest way to settle your baby to sleep during the most demanding phase of your parenting journey.

Does your baby fight naps?
