This programme is perfect for those seeking attachment-conscious and nurturing guidance for troubling sleep challenges of infancy or toddlerhood. Also great for regular reassurance with optimising sleep and understanding normal infant behaviour and development.
Ideal for...
Its hard to see a way forward when you're in the trenches of sleep deprivation! Let me help you dissolve the overwhelm by creating small and manageable steps in the direction of a good night's sleep.
With easy to follow guidance, I will support you in creating a playful and light approach to improving sleep that feels kind and respectful to your child's emotional needs, while building their confidence and contentment at sleep time. This is not a one size fits all approach. It will be created specifically to the needs of you and your child.
You will not be required to follow any strict routines and you are always in charge of the process. If something is not working for you there are always other ways of achieving goals. Communication, creativity and sometime compromises are key in working these things out together.
Safe co-sleeping & attachment parenting practices welcomed and supported.
Initial consultation by phone or video call.
8 weeks of reliable, ongoing support, via phone, SMS &/or email are included in this package. Essential for learning how to navigate those inevitable leaps, holidays or illnesses, confidently, while safe-guarding your new found sleep.
Suitable for all ages, from newborn to 4yrs.
No extra charge to discuss more than 1 child.
