Many parents who come my way, are exhausted but mentally well, enthusiastic and motivated to make change happen. However, many are suffering with the very least; mild anxiety due to a lack of sleep, while others are really unwell with extreme anxiety and even postnatal depression. It's always worth considering this before taking steps to modify your baby's routine, as anxiety can be a real stumbling block when It comes to implementing change and staying motivated.
