We came to Katie with a 6 month old who began waking hourly at night, and no amount of 3am googling seemed to yield any improvements. I was convinced we would need to resort to cry-it-out methods (which caused me a myriad of other stresses on top of the sleep deprivation) until our consultation. Katie was able to suggest changes in our routine which gave us immediate results and our first good night's sleep in months! I so valued her perspective as not just a sleep consultant and experienced midwife, but as a mother as well. Katie is extremely thorough, thoughtful, and gave us back our confidence to manage our son's sleep. We will not hesitate to seek her services in the future if we should need them!
We had been struggling to find the right way to night wean our daughter, and Katie floated an idea that was the right option for us. So we gave it a try and it worked like magic! We loved Katie’s no fuss approach, and the way she didn’t try to push approaches that we didn’t feel suited us. It was also nice just to chat things over with someone outside our little bubble! Prior to meeting Katie we were battling with bed sharing, no naps in a cot or any real bed routine! Now our Gemma is sleeping 12 hrs nearly every night in her own cot!! She goes down a breeze and Mummy & Daddy are now able to enjoy our time together. Katies method is so gentle and so encouraging for us first time parents. Her soft, gentle, can-do encouragement made bedtime so much more rewarding and achievable. I could not recommend her enough!! Working with Katie has been an absolute godsend! Thank you!!! 😊
Katie was an absolute life saver for us, cannot recommend highly enough! I endured many sleepless nights with my first daughter, 1.5 hourly wake up to at least 10 months, boobing, singing, rocking, patting to sleep, getting 20 min cat naps during the day, I survived, just. But then came along number 2, who through no fault of her own, was on the same trajectory. Katie put everything into perspective for us, we quickly learnt how to address our babies needs without all the above, and she is thriving! At 11 months, goes down for her nap without anything from me, just a goodnight and ‘I love you’, most nights sleeps through the night 🙌🙏 thanks Katie once for everything you did for our little family 🥰
We recently caught up with Katie for help with our toddlers sleep. Our son is 2 and was still waking for “Mummy” many times over night. I was also trying to wean him from breastfeeding and finding it all very challenging. He was feeding 2-5 times overnight!! Katie gave me some great advice, specifically around sending Daddy in! I was incredibly nervous about this because (I thought) we had created some bad habits where Mummy was the only one who could fix things before bed, during the night and in the morning. I was worried Lenny would just be nasty to Daddy, not settle and scream for Mum!
We trusted Katie, Daddy took over and within 2 nights my son is sleeping from 7pm - 6am AND no longer breastfeeding. It certainly was a tough, emotional initial 24 hours. Particularly for Mummy🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️but it is amazing how quickly Lenny responded and without to much fuss.
I have been anxious about this transition for months and months. Katie made it easy, I could never have done it without her advice. Thank you xx
We were at our wits end before we met with Katie for the first time. The four month sleep regression was kicking our ass so bad, and dragging on much longer than all the books and podcasts said it should. Katie was quick, efficient and got straight to the point in giving us tips and tricks for improving things for our wee-one. And they were not huge, sweeping changes so much as tinkering around the edges. Very easy to implement with very significant (and immediate) impact.
So sad to be finishing up with Katie as we feel like she’s now part of the family. If you’re struggling with sleep regressions or more significant, long-term sleep issues, Katie is your gal! Could not recommend her more highly, and I will be trying to!

We reached out to Katie when our daughter was 8 months for day naps and had an initial phone consult, and then again at 13 months with an overnight stay. We finally have consistency in sleeping through the night and we have the restored sleep and confidence to be able to deal with the nights that are slightly off. We were both so exhausted, that we didn't have the confidence that our daughter was able to sleep through a night without our support or a bottle. Katie gave that back to us. I would highly recommend her if you need any support as she looks at the house/family environment holistically and there is no one solution suits all. We are all better and rested for Katie's help!
When we engaged with Katie we were struggling with a lot of short naps, nap resistance and a lot of rolling and waking in the night. Through Katie’s kind, supportive encouragement, she worked together with my husband and I to provide advice around appropriate awake windows & settling techniques. My daughter Niamh has now went from having 30min naps to 1.5hours-2hour naps in the day, confidently sleeps 7am-7pm and is overall a happier, content baby! Couldn’t recommend Katie enough!
Katie was such an incredible support to me when I came to her at my wits end with a recent PPA diagnosis (I swear due grately to 3 months of extreme sleep deprivation). I immediately booked in to a 6 month support package which was the best investment into my families mental health I have ever made. Within days with the gentle loving guidance of Katie we were able to put Ezra down for naps off body for the first time in his life. Katie was recommended to me by 3 of my friends who all parent in very different ways and that was why I felt so comfortable with her suggestions, she is so open to what each family needs in that moment and she’s always about the parents mental health and fostering loving connection with our kiddos! 1000% recommend Katie’s sleep support and I’d really suggest the 6 month support as bubs are just constantly changing, teething etc and it’s great to never have to google ‘how the hell do I get my baby to sleep’ at 3am in the morning ever again 🙄🤪

This is my second child I've asked Katie to help with. My second child (Grace) is so different from my first. I was lost, broken down, felt completely defeated. I cried every day. Grace had so many issues. Katie helped me discover one main one being her tongue and lip tie! Grace would refuse all sleep would scream till she turned blue. She wouldn’t take to any dummy or bottle. Katie also discovered some discomfort in her sleep positioning, and after seeing a paediatric chiropractor, Grace was sooooo much happier within herself, in the car and in sleeping positions.
Katie magically guided me from rocking Grace, to laying in her own bed and self settling. All without having to leave her on her own. I was always there being able to comfort or reassure her and she still progressed to independent sleep 💕
Grace progressed further still once her tongue/lip was corrected and she was able to gain weight. After the tongue tie release we had to do 3 hourly stretches, even during the night. We found Grace and I slept better when co sleeping, and Katie 100% agreed and encouraged us in our choice.
We continued to do day naps in Grace's own bed and nights with me until it became a struggle for her. Katie and I decided to try Grace in her own bed with some adjustments. I now have a baby who sleeps all night in her own bed, in her own room and sleep is such a happy experience for her and me.
I owe Katie my life I will be forever grateful and always think how bad it could still be if I never got her help. If you want that gentle approach and 100% support, Katie is the person for you. 100000 gold stars for Katie.
Katie is absolutely AMAZING! The help, support and reassurance she offered to me as a desperate mumma was nothing short of outstanding. Following a bout of Covid our little 8 month old (who was previously a wonderful sleeper!) decided that 45mins was the most he would sleep day or night! I was at the end of my tether and desperate for help…in comes Katie! The help she provided over the phone (again a desperate phone call from me right in the middle of when Katie was cooking dinner!!) was so supportive and allowed me to gently (and I mean gently!) implement some strategies to get our sleep back on track. We had an in house appointment booked but the amazing advice Katie offered via phone was all that was needed. I would honestly recommend Katie to any mumma, or family, in need of sleep help! She is truly a superstar!
After a rough first 3 months (colic, gas, reflux, oversupply, terrible sleeper etc) we reached out to Katie unsure of what to do. Our bub would only ever sleep for max 30 mins at a time during the day in our arms or 2 hours during the first half of the night. We were wrecked! Not to mention getting the PND/PNA diagnosis and suffering from insomnia!Katie provided us with gentle, practical advice that was really easy to follow and implement that involved very little tears. We worked on small transitions with guidance and support from Katie, until we eventually were able to get our bub into a cot for naps/night time. Now at 6 months, we can safely say that there has been a massive improvement in her sleep and our sanity. What I liked most was that there was never a mention of "cry it out" or "controlled crying". We have been able to continue feeding just before sleep during this transition as well as using a dummy. Next steps will be to transition away from these sleep associations, but now I have the energy to actually think about doing it. Thanks Katie!
My husband and I are so glad we found Katie when we did. My son had never been a good sleeper and by the time he was 8 months old I was beyond exhausted and needed help.
Katie was so caring and supportive. We really loved that her approach wasn’t one size fits all. She asks lots of questions to truly understand your baby and to help you get to the bottom on their sleep troubles. Katie’s approach is very gentle and she was very respectful of what we were comfortable with.
We will definitely be reaching out to Katie with our next baby and would highly recommend her to anyone who feels they need support and guidance with their little ones sleep!
Katie is amazing! We reached out to Katie on a phone consult about our 5month old bub who had a few sleep issues and I was exhausted and needed guidance! We loved Katie’s approach, she listened to us, asked us lots of questions and provided some amazing ideas and suggestions to tackle catnapping, early rising and frequent night wakes with and overtired bub. We approached Katie when our little boy was 10 months old as we were really struggling with settling and overnight with multiple wakes. Katie was so caring and supportive and we felt so comfortable with her gentle approach. We were quickly able to help our boy self settle and then he was sleeping through not long after. Katie has also been wonderful when we have had a few setbacks following illnesses and has continued to be incredibly supportive and always there for advice as we have needed. I would highly recommend Katie to anyone with little ones having sleep issues!

Atley went down really well last night, sat him in the cot and with a little bit of protest, I waited until he was calm to talk to him and I just put my hand on the cot without patting and he laid down and he was pretty much asleep in under 1 minute!
He slept from 7pm-6:45am!
I heard him wake at 10.30 (I think burping after dream feed)
And he was sitting up and he put himself back down to sleep!
I feel like a new woman today!!!!

We did an overnight stay with Katie and I honestly did not think what we have achieved so far was ever possible with Our 9 month olds sleep!
We had lost a lot of hope and began to feel like this was just how it was and something we would have to deal with until he was older and hopefully grew out of.
I had multiple mums recommend Katie after reaching out after a really tough Few weeks of both my partner and I being exhausted and sleep deprived.
And boy I’m so glad we did!
We were co-sleeping to begin with which worked really well for us up until the 6 month mark.
Atley began waking every 2 hours sometimes even shorter over night, he was unable to self settle or resettle himself, restless, feeding up to 3 times overnight to get back to sleep.
He was Cat napping during the day which was not enough after the restless nights!
We had a tired and grumpy baby!
Within the first night of Katie’s help and amazing support we seen improvements from the get go.
Two nights in and we had a baby who slept through 7pm-7am and still is to this day!
He is happy in his cot and will now self settle and resettle himself!! I was absolutely shocked! our little man needed this so bad, and he took to everything so well! after all this time!
Our day naps have improved and are exactly where we need them to be for a happy baby who is full of energy!!
Our lives have changed since we sought out Katie’s help in nearly every aspect. There is not enough thankyou’s in the world for her and what she does.
We were so comfortable with everything and never felt overwhelmed and never doubted the process.
It was just so nice to have such amazing support and understanding with us every step of the way.

Our 2.5 year old has never been a great sleeper from the word go. Given she is our 2nd child, we already had some insight into what might work: white noise, brown noise, pink noise, more blankets, less blankets, softer pillows, harder pillows, soft bed, hard bed, upside down, left right... and so the list goes on without ever really finding a solution! Until Katie came along.. I was a bit sceptical to start with given I thought I had tried everything however , with Katie's simple explanations, a tweek into our daily timetable and a few other strategies then walah! Isabella has been having better nights than not. Going from waking every 2 hours to just maybe once or twice in a night within less than one month is certainly an improvement. I thank Katie for being very available to us and being so supportive.
Katie was a great help to us. Our little one was cat napping through the day and waking regularly though the night. With a 45 minute phone call she listened to what we were saying and provided a few little tweaks to our routine and our nights have improved hugely. She’s now sleeps 12 hours with one wake , we couldn’t be happier! Thanks Katie.
Katie was a fantastic help and literally solved our sons early morning wakings with only one 45 mins phone call.
Katie was easy to talk to and gave me lots of tips to try out.
More importantly for us Katie was not a one size fits all sleep consultant. She really listened to our family’s needs and gave us advise accordingly.
