How understanding your own emotional triggers will help your toddler to navigate their own big feelings, safe in the knowledge that you are always the calm in their storm. My aim is never to train a child to sleep. Rather it is to help them feel safe, secure and understood, so that sleep can easily occur.

When you sign up you'll immediately receive the first of the pdf information you will require. I'll then be in touch to say hello and let you know more about what's to come.
The lessons will be presented as videos which you can sit down to watch or simply listen to as you go about your day. The supporting pdf information will be purely for your convenience so you won't even need to take notes if you don't want to!
Our first Zoom meeting will be held on Monday 1st of February 2021 at 8pm. This will be optional and don't worry if you can't make it because it will be recorded and emailed to you as well as being posted to the 21 Day Toddler Sleep Challenge facebook group. Facebook membership is recommended but not essential as all correspondence will be sent via email aswell.
You won’t need a computer for the Zoom chats. A phone or a tablet will be fine. If you are a new user to zoom please don't worry. It's very user friendly and I'll send through all the information required prior to the first meeting. If you do not feel comfortable to appear in the webinar setting you can simply keep your camera and your microphone off and just post your questions in the chat.
When you sign up, there is a 48hr cooling off period and if during the first 7 days you discover that the course is not what you expected or you are unhappy in any way, your joining fee will be refunded on completion of a short survey.
