With easy to follow steps, I will support you in creating a playful and light approach to improving sleep that feels kind and respectful to your child's emotional needs, while building their confidence and contentment at sleep time. This is not a one size fits all approach. We will create a plan between us, just for you and the needs of your baby.
You will not be required to follow any strict routines and you are always in charge of the process. If something is not working for you there are always many other ways of achieving goals. Communication and creativity are key in working these things out together.
All emotions, lovingly supported. I DO NOT teach spaced soothing, timed responses or cry it out methods. Safe co-sleeping & attachment parenting practices welcomed and supported.
How it works
Initial consultation by phone or video call. 8 weeks of reliable, ongoing support, via phone, SMS &/or email are included in this package. Essential for learning how to navigate those inevitable leaps, holidays or illnesses, confidently, while safe-guarding your new found sleep.
Package Inclusions:
If you have just a handful of questions and would like some reassurance about your baby's sleep or behaviour, my Basic 1hr phone consult might be all you need for now.
Ideal for troubleshooting the answers to a few questions concerning any aspects of your child's sleep, feeding patterns, development or current routine.

• Perhaps your baby is refusing their afternoon nap?

Ideal if you like the idea of an in-person consultation in the relaxed surroundings of your own home. Perhaps you are at a loss concerning how your baby communicates or what they need. This option is perfect if you would like me to see your situation or your child's sleep behaviour, first hand.
In-home, morning consultation with 8 weeks of ongoing support
Focusing on needs, challenges, aims and priorities. I will begin by helping you to rule out any obstacles to good sleep, such as health concerns or feeding challenges for your baby. I will help you work on identifying tired cues, optimal feeding patterns and daily rhythms, while discussing various settling ideas and sleep arrangements for you to consider.
A chance to address your concerns and create hands-on, sensitive strategies for you to continue working on, in your own time and at your baby's pace.

Travel: First 30 mins of travel time, free. $60 per hour, thereafter.
Once I see your appointment pop up in my calendar, I'll send you an SMS to confirm. Please double check your contact details when booking.
I will then email through an intake questionnaire to help me gather useful insights into your situation. This is a shared Google document that you will be able to edit. It saves changes automatically so you can complete it a little at a time if you need to. There will be no need to copy it or email it back to me. As a shared Google document, changes are immediate, live and available for us both to see. You will have continued access to this document.

Cancellations

$50 cancellation fee if less than 24hrs notice provided.
